Russia wants UN to fix agreements between Syrian regime and rebels

The Russian diplomat agreed that doubts were justified because positions of the regime and opposition had many differences. Nonetheless, he noted that the conference was being organized for the purpose of exchanging positions, to help the sides find common interests and find a solution to the conflict.
