Gifts of Three Wise Men arrive in Kiev

The Gifts of the Three Wise Men holy relics will arrive from Minsk to Kiev at about 4.00 pm on Friday, said arch-priest Victor Ivashchuk, secretary of the Kiev Eparchy, ITAR-TASS reports.The Gifts will then be moved to the Kiev Pechersk Lavra in half an hour and shown at the Svyato-Uspensky Cathedral. Arch-priest Georgy Kovalenko, spokesman of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchy, expressed hope that the relics will bring stability to the country.
