Turkey starts constructing second tunnel in Istanbul

According to the prime minister, the new project is called the ‘Great Istanbul Tunnel’ (Büyük İstanbul Tüneli).
It will be used both as a road and a railway tunnel. The project’s cost is $3.5 billion. The tunnel’s construction will be completed in 2020, Trend reports.
