Russian diplomat says no visa-free regime for Ukraine and Georgia

The Russian Permanent Representative to the EU, Vladimir Chizhov, said that Tbilisi and Kiev should not expect a visa-free regime at the Riga Summit of the Eastern Partnership, TASS reports.
