The Russian Permanent Representative to the EU, Vladimir Chizhov, said that Tbilisi and Kiev should not expect a visa-free regime at the Riga Summit of the Eastern Partnership, TASS reports.
He emphasized that Georgia fulfilled only 7 out of the 15 criteria needed for the visa-free regime, Ukraine only 2.
