Kadyrov: FIFA scandal is a US provocation against Russia

The actions of the US government and the United Kingdom in respect of FIFA, according to the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, is a provocation aimed at disrupting the World Cup in 2018, which will be held in Russia.
