The actions of the US government and the United Kingdom in respect of FIFA, according to the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, is a provocation aimed at disrupting the World Cup in 2018, which will be held in Russia.
"The frank and shameless provocation of the US and Britain, which was designed to disrupt the 2018 Cup in Russia, has failed miserably.
