Permyakov's case handed over to Armenia

The case of Valery Permyakov, who is charged with killing the Avetisyan family in Gyumri, has been handed over to Armenia for investigation, Russian Investigative Committee’s official representative, Vladimir Markin, said.

Yesterday, Permyakov received 10 years in a high-security prison.
