Scientists find advantages in conflict in the Middle East

Scientists have observed an improvement of the ecological situation in the Middle East in connection with the conflict which has engulfed the region.

After analyzing satellite data, they found a reduced level of the emission concentrations in large cities affected by war, civil unrest or economic crisis, particularly nitrogen dioxide.

At the same time, as noted by a scientist from the Institute of Chemistry of the German Max Planck Jos Lelyveld  Institute, in each case we have to deal with its own unique history.
