Resident of Yerevan dies of electric shock while grape picking
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaAccording to the press service of the Ministry of the Territorial Administration and Emergencies (MTUCHS) of Armenia, a 65-year-old resident of Yerevan, Annette Mirzoyan, died after coming into contact with a high-voltage cable while grape picking in the courtyard of the Foundation of Christian Culture, located at 24 Armenakyan.
''The woman cut a cable with a current and died of electric shock as she was processing a grape-vine with scissors,’’ NEWS.am reports.
A brigade of the personnel department arrived at the scene immediately.
The Investigative Committee of the Republic has already begun to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
