Black boxes of Russian plane crashed in Sinai are damaged

"There is minor technical damage. But there was no thermal effect, as the representatives of the Egyptian side say," he noted, adding that the "black boxes" have not been opened yet.
The head of Rosaviation, Alexander Neradko, in his turn, said that the flight recorders will be decoded with the participation of specialists of the department.
