Uzbekistan urges Afghan authorities to negotiate with Taliban

This is what can bring the Afghan problem out of the impasse," the Uzbek leader said at the international high-level conference "The Policy of Neutrality: International Cooperation for Peace, Security and Development", RIA News reports.
Karimov noted that the power of terrorism is that it penetrates everywhere, and the world still does not have the weapons with which to oppose it. According to the president of Uzbekistan, "to fundamentally resolve these issues, it is necessary to pay attention to the culture medium, which today creates an environment where the centers that feed terrorism continue to operate.’’
