Eight soldiers killed in PKK car bomb attack in Turkey’s Hakkari

The militants detonated a bomb-laden car at the Durak gendarmerie post in Hakkari’s Semdinli district in the morning hours during a vehicle and identity check.
Eight soldiers were killed and five others were wounded in the attack, the military said.
