”For centuries, Russia has united a huge palette of different nationalities, cultures. And Russia’s culture has been developing and becoming richer  due to a a single component of the cultures of other peoples and nationalities. Culture unites people, gives food for mind and heart. At our wonderful concert ‘Bridges of Friendship’, you will see amazing performers, representing their cultures ... We support the culture and traditions of every people here in Moscow, creating an opportunity for diasporas to  meet. It is very important that there is such a platform, " the chairman of the Moscow City Duma Commission for Culture and Mass Communications, chairman of the coordinating council of the Capital's Department of Cultural Workers, Yevgeny Gerasimov said.

"Culture builds bridges between people, brings them closer and unites them. Unification leads to the development of society. Obviously, this is a unique event.  Moscow is our home, very many different peoples live here. There are minor nations, which can not assemble a large hall. There is no place for artists to show themselves. This is a unique format. Some famous artists, as, for example, Brilliant Dadasheva, Arslanbek Sultanbekov, refused their fees, saying - we will fly and support this event. Such a sense of patriotism can be an example for many people. Brilliant Dadasheva is an honored People's Artist of Azerbaijan. Arslanbek Sultanbekov’s music was laid in the anthem of Erdogan’s White Party (Justice and Development Party) in Turkey, " the head of the ticket workshop of the Capital’s Department of Cultural Workers, Dilyaver Ablyamitov said.
