The Soviet and Azerbaijani singer, composer and actor, honored art worker and People's Artist of the Azerbaijani SSR, former Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan, Professor, Doctor of Arts of the National Arts Academy of Azerbaijan arrived in Dagestan in order to take part in ceremonies to mark the 85th anniversary of the composer Murad Kazhlaev.

The head of the Republic noted the contribution of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the preparation of commemorative events in honor of the 2000th anniversary of Derbent: Heydar Aliyev Street was completely reconstructed, as President Vladimir Putin recommended.
"In future, cooperation will continue. In particular, an Olympic Sports Center and the Azerbaijani Music and Drama Theater will be built in Derbent," Ramadan Abdullatipov said.
The head of Dagestan noted that Polad Bulbul oglu is not only the ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia for Dagestanis. "Ilham Heydar oglu warmly responded to the invitation, he knows about Murad Magomedovich's parents and his roots. He wrote a very warm welcome speech of congratulations that I have read today at the event on the occasion of his birthday. Murad Kazhlaev was also awarded the Order of Friendship of Azerbaijan, one of the highest awards of our country.
