Common sun of Baku and Tallin

Some countries get more sunlight and some less. However, extremes meet. Southerners go to the North, northerners go to the South, in order to swim in the sea, warm for them and extremely cold for the locals. They get acquainted and strike up friendships. It is quite likely that the inhabitants of the Syrikhanissky district of Baku and the Kristiyna district of Tallinn found each other.

The head of Kristiyna district, Mikhail Korb, spoke about the achievements and plans of the two cities on Radio-4, on the transmission “Voice of Azerbaijan”. During his visit to Baku, Mikhail Korb found a small piece of his motherland in Azerbaijan. The park itself is a miniature map of Estonia, and some names of park zones are Ida-Virumaa and Tallinna lauluväljak (Tallinn Song Festival Grounds). A Park of Baku is still to be created in Tallinn.

In ancient Baku, the Estonians will discover the secrets of fire-worshippers and will be shown a stage of the Silk Road, as well as the magic aura and eastern hospitality. Visiting Estonia, Azerbaijanis will learn legends about Olde Hans and the history of the Hanseatic League, as well  new work methods and technologies. It is no mere coincidence that the Estonian program builders won a tender for the introduction of innovative hardware in Azerbaijan.
Both sides gain from such contacts.
