The new North Caucasian Federal District development strategy was discussed at an Economic forum in Ingushetia. At the same time, the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Ingushetia at the Russian president, Vakha Yevloyev gave a press conference on prospects for economic development in Ingushetia.

The nature itself allows us to produce two or three harvests per year. Until now it did not happen, as there was schemes for financing the development of agriculture, and little attention was paid to this. If someone produced anything, he did not have time to sell it, and it perished. It is now possible to build huge conservation facilities, which will process all the products in the republic. In addition, the processing of semi-prepared products will be launched, which in winter will enable people not to be left without work. The question of building materials has already been solved here, there are already abundant at our market, at the same time we sell them to other regions. Ingush people live in different regions, and it should be noted that we have presidential representatives in almost every region and that we are in close contact with all the regions of the Russian Federation by building mutual economic interests. If somewhere we produce desired products, we deliver them there, while they bring export to our republic, and this is how we cooperate. Recently we head the High Fashion Week, and Yudashkin became very interested in products of representatives of our republic and signed a contract with companies that will produce different accessories from fish scales.
- Was it a young designer presenting his collection?
Yes, the young designer Hawa Rapieva, who graduated from the local Textile Institute. She has been doing business for four year already. And it has perspectives since there are people who want to invest in it in order to receive certain dividends. We have, where to invest, there are programs ... If someone is interested, we can provide them to you. We are for creation, for future development. The head of the republic is building a vector of integrating in the Russian and international economy. In Ingushetia, there is a large infrastructure of large enterprises. In the 1990s, there was a difficult situation and I was the Minister of Foreign Economic Relations. Then, our Ministry has been asked to set up small businesses. Everything depends on small businesses that can quickly develop and disappear and so on. Now we are preparing lists of students and getting ready to offer them places in regions with authorized representatives of the president and try to employ them at the end of their training. We also want to coordinate with the "Young Family" program so that married people could come to the region, in fact get an apartment and help from the republic in settling in. We have young families and young professionals ... No one keeps track of how they have it going on. We have set the task to monitor, make calls, visit place ... I have just returned from the Nenetsky Autonomous District, there was a problem of raids on Ingush businesses, staffed by our boys, and the president instructed me to go and look for myself. There is a dispute about who will provide food to oil producers, and at this market ...
- That there is a dispute between economic entities?
- Yes. And now we are trying to solve it. There are 50 or 60 workers, they earn money and send it home in order to feed their families, brothers, sisters ... It is common among us, it exists since the Soviet times. If you remember when it became warm, all went to work in Siberia to build barns, different institutions, and close to the winter people received money and went back. This is a normal phenomenon, everywhere the world the practice is that where there are earnings - people go there and this should not be dramatized. We must, on the contrary, develop good business projects from it, and then everything will turn out well. On duty I have been working for a long time in Japan and I can say that there economy is built very simply, but there is a discipline. There is economics and finance. I think that if we get it on the sly, the changes will be very large, because people will understand that prosperity can come only with economy.
