Unemployed people, whose ideas for opening their own business were supported, have received subsidies of 58,800 rubles, the Employment Ministry of the republic reported. A program of additional measures for resolving problems in the labour market has been
developed. Financial support will be given to those who want to invest in the agricultural sector.
Over 5000 people will get houses and apartments that were lost during
the war. The total amount of compensation paid amounted to 945 billion rubles last
year. 5300 people are to get compensation in the future.
The electricity, gas and water prices in Chechnya are the lowest in the Russian
federation. Different tariffs have been developed for the urban and rural populations (1.64 and 1.33 kilowatt per hour).
An agricultural exhibition was organized in Grozny in the closed trade center Grozny
City. Such companies as Rosselmash, Voronezhselmash and APT participated. The new
greenhouses of Chechenagroholding grew 5000 kg of cucambers and 200 kg of tomatoes.
A new trade center "Milan" has been created in the capital of the republic. It has been
designed for adults as well as children. There is a whole floor with children's clothes shops.
Loans for agriculture are being given to the population, 10,000 credits have been given overall, amounting to 1.758 billion rubles.
All salary debts were recently paid.
