According to report from the municipality of the city, in the signing participated the administration of Pyatigorsk, investor and general contractor of the project the Chinese company Norinco International Cooperation Ltd., initiator and project management company - Pyatigorsk company "Energy" (President Vladimir Isaev), Investment and Consulting Company «AV», and nonprofit company "Association of Builders of Russia."
"This is the largest investment agreement, that the city cocluded in recent times. For us, it is particularly important that it is aimed at developing a fundamental, spa and resort industry of the city ", - said the head of administration of Pyatigorsk Oleg Bondarenko.

"Sana" will be one of four investment projects submitted to Pyatigorsk and approved by the federal government at an economic forum of Sochi-2009. Ultramodern tourist and recreational complex of "four stars" category is planned to be built in the northern part of Pyatigorsk on the western slope of Mashuk mountain, 500 meters from the place of Lermontov's duel. In the area of six hectares will house a hotel complex of 400 rooms, including Royal-suite area larger than 350 square meters, nine penthouses, modern medical-diagnostic, children, sports, and indoor water complex, convention center with 800 seats, covered parking, tennis courts and a three-storeyed wedding palace with a large celebrations halls and two halls for registration. This facility will be put into operation by one of the first.
The project will create over 1000 new working places. According to the participants of the project, construction of the complex will start in 2010 and will take 2 - 2.5 year. Payback period, in accordance with the business plan, is 8 years old.
