From this year people can travel from Moscow to Nazran and return directly. In four months the train Moscow-Nazran has carried more than 50,000 passengers, but car attendants were not Ingush. Only recently the first train with Ingush attendants left from the Kazan Railway Station.
“We are like brothers with the Republic of Ingushetia, those who know each other well, even though the train began running only on January 10th this year,” said the first deputy general director of the Federal Passenger Company, Vladimir Kalyapin. This train is a result of our mutual work with Ingushetia. We decided to make the best train for the Federal Passenger Company could be proud of it. We will do our best to make these attendants our train’s pride. They were recruited by Yunus-Bek Yevkurov who is the soul of the republic, who strives to give the republic the best.”
The train Moscow-Nazran is not only an image project of Ingushetia, but also a project on creating new jobs. “At the moment there are 10 new jobs, but in a prospect there would be 100 new jobs in this direction, this train. They are well-paid. A worker’s salary would be from 25 to 30 thousand rubles. It is important for people who would work there,” the head of the Ingush Committee on Industry, Transport, Communications, and Energy, Mikhail Ilezov.
“The work is very hard, to be honest. People are different,” a car attendant Ayna Marziyeva says. “But I am happy to be in this profession. At first I worked at a plant. After the plan collapsed, I couldn’t find a job. I studied in Mineralny Vody for three months. We studied the whole system and mechanics. We know everything about spinning and so on, even if there is no a train master nearby. I don’t regret I have chosen the profession.”
“The train is the newest; all cars are new and equipped with the best modern facilities,” the train master Sergey Dulinov says. “That is why the employees studied carefully train systems for three months; they possess huge theoretical knowledge. I hope experience of their teachers will help them in their work and they will provide their work for 100%.”
