Recreational parks for tourists are being created in Nevinnomissk, Georgievsk and Zheleznovodsk. A tourism and recreation center in Nevinnimissk is already finished. The local administration have already signed contracts with construction firms and offered 134 hectars in Zheleznovodsk and 62 in Georgievsk. These two parks (in Georgievsk and Nevinnomissk) will host not only recreational facilities, but industrial plants and medicine and food production centers as well. Five companies have already been registered as residents of the industrial park in Nevinnomissk.
Meanwhile the Stavropol Territory administration launched a project aiming at simplification of paperwork for investors-residents of the parks. the Nevinnomissk and Georgievsk administrations have already agreed to assist the park's development projects by all possible means. The Investment and Innovation Development Company of Stavropol helps the parks' residents with its consultations and the same company registers land property purchases.
