All aims will be achieved

The vice premier of Russia and the plenipotentiary representative of the Russian president in the North Caucasus, Alexander Khloponin, came to Ingushetia in mid-June. He met the students of the local university, held a session of the administration of the president of Ingushetia and answered questions from journalists.

Ingushetia was the last republic in the Caucasus to which Khloponin paid a visit. Speaking of the situation in the republic, Khloponin said: "Our problems stem from the 90s, but the situation should not be presented too dramatically. Any region of Russia, especially from the other side of Ural mountains, would envy the volume of construction ofhousing in the republic". The federal investment program in Ingushetia is 32 billion roubles. The money will primarily be spent on reconstruction of the infrastructure. 40 billion roubles from other sources will be spent on construction of industrial facilities. "No-one is going to abandon the projects. All the aims will be achieved. Ingushetia takes a leading position among the Caucasian republics" - Khloponin said, pointing out that the federal district views all the republics as of the same importance.

During his next visit Khloponin will visit problematic places and sites in the republic such as water supply facilities, hospitals etc. He said: "Any Russian citizen should live comfortably and in dignity".

Also, he underlined that there is a dialogue between the authorities of Ingushetia and North Ossetia. "For a long time we have not been making enough efforts to resolve this problem. We have to start solving it".Pavel Tsaroyev, Magas. Exclusively for VK
