Pyotr Lyukimson, Israel. Exclusively to Vestnik Kavkaza
Israeli President Shimon Peres started his special visit to Russia yesterday. "We fly to Russia. We are going for a historic trip,” Peres told the crew of his airplane ahead of the flight. “There can be no doubt that the Iranian nuclear project is the main threat to israel and the whole mankind. The time for peaceful solution to the matter is running out. I will try to pursue Russian President to use all his influence in order to make this scenario a reality."
In other words the Israeli president explained the purpose of his visit in a very clear way. It seems that Shimon Peres will try to convince Vladimir Putin to use his influence to pursue Iran to give up its nuclear project. If this plan failed, Peres would be able to announce that the Israeli military strike is inevitable.
However the visit's agenda includes not only negotiations with the Russian president. Shimon Peres also visited the Russian Academy of Sciences, which appointed him an honorary member. At the ceremony of appointment President of Israel ironically noted that he was the first man in the world who didn’t finish school, but became “an honorary professor” of such an important Academy of Science as the Russian one. Peres was cunning. Even though he is a self-educated person, he is though to be one of the most educated and intelligent politicians of the world.
The Israeli president will also open the Jewish Museum of Tolerance and meet Vladimir Putin. According to rumors, Putin feels bad. Meanwhile, Israeli President who is going to celebrate his 90th birthday feels very well, even though he has never gone in for sport. Some say that his brilliant health is a result of nanotechnologies promoted by Peres in Israel. They say President tested some medicine latest-things on himself.
