Supplies of American arms to Ukraine is a matter of time

James Clapper, the Director of National Intelligence of the USA, stated that the administration of Barack Obama should provide Ukraine with lethal defensive arms to help the Ukrainians to “strengthen their resolute desire” and convince them that “America stands for them.”

According to the deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee for Security and Anti-Corruption, Oleg Denisenko, “the Americans are obliged to supply weapons to Kiev to support the regime of Poroshenko, to give him confidence for further action, and in order for the civil war on the territory of Donbas not to be extinguished.”

Regarding the private military companies, it seems to Denisenko that it has a real basis: “Private military companies, according to the UN resolutions, have a right to accompany any goods into the territory of the country with which they have a contract. It will be medicines, food or weapons, for them it does not matter. They also have the right to train, educate and support in using the cargo. That is, weapons or ammunition. In my opinion, weapons will be delivered there. The question is: how will it be done, and in what period of time?”

The self-proclaimed President of the Parliament of the Union of the People's Republic of the confederal DPR and LPR, Oleg Tsarev, says supplies of US weapons to Ukraine have been going on for a long time: “We encountered, at the airport and in Debaltseve, samples of small arms. Our experts say that the system has been activated by the sound of the shot determining coordinate artillery - mortars, cannons. Quite a number of arms and, of course, non-fatal bullet-proof vests, clothing, and so forth are supplied from the United States. About the food parcels, everyone knows. In Ukraine, hiding some information is difficult. We always know everything about each other. Those numbers, which are now in Kiev, is a supply of weapons worth somewhere in the amount of one billion dollars. That's enough to add fuel to the fire, but not enough to win this war.”

According to Tsarev, “the people of Ukraine need bread, gas, energy resources and jobs. But instead of all this, the US wants to supply weapons, so that Russians kill Russians, in order to destroy our city, which we then will have to restore ourselves. The longer there's war on our own territory, the better it will be for other countries.”

Tsarev says that he saw dead Poles with Polish passports, who fought for Kiev. “With regard to PMCs, this idea is very interesting to Igor Kolomoysky. He wants his units, which are funded by him, to be issued as PMC, so no matter how the conflict will end up in the Ukraine, to use them in a variety of applications,” Tsarev believes.
