It is believed that in recent years, ASAN xidmət (Easy Service) has not only revolutionized the minds of citizens of Azerbaijan about how public authorities should work and build their relationship with the citizens of the country, but also strengthened the public's confidence in the fact that you can defeat corruption.
The idea of using information and communication technologies in the activities of government agencies resulted in the creation of the Presidential State Agency for services and social innovation, managing the regional offices of "Easy Service". Four ASAN xidmət centers work in Baku - one in Sumgait, one in Ganja and one in Sabirabad, and an office recently opened in Barda, a town with a population of forty thousand, a few kilometers from the line which passes between Azerbaijan and the separatist entities.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev went to the opening of the Bradinsk center. He noted that the opening of "Easy Service" in the Karabakh region is of particular importance, and expressed confidence that Azerbaijan's territorial integrity will be restored. "To achieve this, we must become even stronger ... Historic justice supports our position. Nagorno-Karabakh is native Azerbaijani land. I believe in this, we will create ASAN xidmət in Shusha too."
"Easy Service" has really became a revolution in the field of public services, and public relations as a whole. Azerbaijan produces and exports the intellectual product. The vast majority of workers of ASAN xidmət are youth. In addition, Azerbaijan has created a group of volunteers, which is going to volunteer to help people. This is another innovation in the field of public relations in Azerbaijan.
Bardinsk "Easy Service" has won the international certificate according to OHSAS 18001: 2007. The basic requirement is to create a standard in office buildings, where there is a center for a safe and healthy working environment.
