While the United States is stepping up its military cooperation with its allies in Asia, Russia and China are moving to an active strategic partnership. The goal of future exercises is to deepen the friendly and practical cooperation, and to increase the professionalism of the fleets of both countries.
Since sanctions were imposed against Russia, the country's diplomatic relations with China have become closer, economic ties are reinforced. In recent years, China has increasingly demonstrated its military power to rival NATO, which continues are expanding its troops near the border of Russia. The fact is that Russia and China are ready to cooperate, despite the rejection and condemnation of the Western powers. The fact is that in the United States on China has the same claims as they were in relation to Russia. A year ago, Moscow has been accused of territorial claims to Ukraine, now Beijing is accused of territorial claims at sea.
Perhaps the strategic partnership between China and Russia could never happen, but in the light of the political threat from the West, such a rapprochement is essential for the preservation of national interests of the countries.

It seems that the United States declared war against world terrorism is trying to isolate other countries, however, thanks to a powerful alliance of Iran, China and Russia, the plan would not come to fruition.
