The U.S. will inform Moscow about the children of the Russian Federation and the termination of the agreement for adoption. This was said by U.S. Ambassador to Moscow, Michael McFaul in the air of "Echo of Moscow",. "What happened with Dima Yakovlev and other children is a tragedy”, McFaul said. “We have common goals and common enemies in this matter. This is a common problem."
The subject of adoption updated after the adoption of the " Dima Yakovlev law", which the opposition called "Herod's Law", has been on the pages of the press since the beginning of the year. However, it is fair to say that there are organizations working with orphans without the approval of the top and political preferences. Recently, the Charitable Foundation "Good Heart" held a contest where children presented their works painted under the influence of a performance of "The Nutcracker" they had seen. The artists of the Bolshoi Theatre came to the exhibition, and artist Nikas Safronov held a master class.
“Everything is interesting. The main thing is that each work is an expression of creativity, a desire to express something personal, individual, and, of course, an introduction to classical music - to the"Nutcracker", the ballet of the Bolshoi Theatre and the music of Tchaikovsky”, Safronov said. “They just know how to draw, that's good. They do it with love, from their heart. In general, any creative situation is a joint interest in communication. I did not learn from what teachers said but from what my neighbor drew. The teacher just struck everything out, and I saw: oh, he can draw in such a way! And someone watched me painting. Joint work creates movement to the top, movement of analysis that you can compare yourself to others and improve yourself. Attitudes to each other is also important, too - a good, positive attitude, which lets a person be called a human. It is very important for any child when he is doing something not on the computer but by hand, using vivid colors”.
“I saw a lot of children's art, but here I am just shocked by the level of literally all the works - this happens rarely”, Marietta Chudakova, writer, Doctor of Philology, said. “We are not talking about the fashionable word "energy", which is present in every work. Simply, these are almost professional works created with great sense. And we certainly should make a colorful album containing all of these works to support these young artists”.
“Our art is actually silent, but it is very sensitive to emotions. When we dance for an audience of children, these are always special performances and special holidays”, Daria Khokhlova, soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre, said. “Each performance is a holiday, but they are always separate. "The Nutcracker" is a ballet tale that we want to share. And when you see that the emotions that you are trying to convey from the scene return to you in such excellent work, which in itself creates a fairy tale - it's actually great. I am very happy that we, the artists of the Bolshoi Theater, could bring to the children a certain feeling that they tried to implement. It is a big pleasure for me to see now the faces of the children, who also wanted to create their own story”.
