The participants of the 1st Circassian Youth Forum, who represent the Russian regions of Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachai-Cherkessia, Adygeya and Krasnodar Territory, as well as Circassian diasporas in Turkey, Jordan, Syria, Israel, Palestine, the United Arab Emirates, Germany, the United States and the Republic of Abkhazia, understanding the value of direct contact and communication between representatives of students and youngsters from Russia and other countries of the world, knowing how important it is to maintain contact with the native land of the Abkhaz and Adyg people, being thankful to the federal and regional authorities of Russia, feeling responsible for the future of their fatherland and people, cherishing the native culture, traditions and values of the Abkhaz and Adyg people, pursuing enhanced ties between Russia and Abkhazia, believe that it is essential:
- to hold meetings of representatives of the Russian and foreign communities of the Adyg and Abkhaz people, to hold the Circassian Youth Forum at least once every two years.
- to pursue young Circassian people to study at Russian educational institutions, including those in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
- to support Circassian youth associations in order to promote Russia's ties with countries with Circassian diaporas in the spheres of education, science and culture.
- to pursue Circassian youth organizations abroad to establish ties with Russia.
- to avoid any activities which could destabilize the situation in the Caucasus, which is the native land of all Circassian people.
- to contribute to the establishment of successful cooperation between Russian, Abkhaz and foreign youth associations in order to strengthen the ties between the Circassian and the Abkhaz people in various countries of the world.
