Moscow sports contest of national social associations and communities

A draw among the participants in the qualifying rounds on mini-football and valleyball of the third Moscow sport contest of national social associations and communities has been held in the Moscow House of Nationalities. On the 8th of April the draw was held by the members of the commission:

–       Dugarov Bator Dugarovich, chairman of Coordination Council of ROO, Society of Buryat Culture “Uryaal”, manager of the commission on sport of the Nationality Affairs Council under the Government of Moscow;

–       Nazarhudoyev Anzor Abdulloyevich, chairman of the “Pamir” ROO, member of the commission on sport of the Nationality Affairs Council;

–       Murlykin Bogdan, member of the commission on sport of the Nationality Affairs Council.

According to the results, all the dates and venues of the qualifying rounds were allocated for creating groups of competitors. Mini-football qualifying games will take place on the 18th of April at the “Kait Arena” stadium (ulitsa Petra Alekseeva, 12A). 39 teams will take part in the competitions: “Unions of Georgians in Russia”, “Pamir”, “Buryatia”, “Nur”, “Russian Germans”, “Adigi”, “Chuvashskoya community”, “Zhash Tolkun”, “Transdniestrian community”, “Samarskaya community”, “Gagauz Union ”, “Slavutich”, “Tatarskaya diaspora BSA”, “Kyrgyzstan”, “Moskovskie Lezgini”, the "Moscow Association of Armenian Youth" and others.

Qualifying games among men are to take place from 18 to 25 of April at the “Tagansky” sports and recreation centre (Taganskaya ulitsa, vladenie 40-42) and the “Fili” sport complex (Novozavodskaya ulitsa, dom 27А). 20 teams will take part: “Alatoo”, “Yedinstvo”, “Nuvinskoye community”, “Murager”, “Bashkortostan”, “Chuvashkoe community” and others.

Qualifying games among women are to take place from 19 to 26 of April at the “Fili” sport complex. 10 teams will compete for playing in the final game: “Union of German Culture”, “Tatarcha”, “Mordovskoya community”, “Yaroslavskoy community” and others. 

The most spectacular event of the year that symbolizes the unity and friendship of all nations is going to take place at the beginning of June at the modern-equipped stadium “Yantar”.

Apart from mini-football and volleyball, there will also be chess, backgammon, track and field athletics, table-tennis, arm wrestling, mass wrestling, Russian wrestling, belt wrestling, wrestling of the Sibir nations, wrestling of the Caucasus nations.

It’s a real holiday that unites all sport amateurs who have an opportunity to receive an official reward from the Moscow Government and become famous in the city.
