Ruben Ayrapetyan, the President of the Armenian Football Association, recently met the directors of the country's main football clubs. Among other issues, Ayrapetyan discussed with the directors the work of referees. Atrapetyan has admitted that the referees of the Armenian Premier League work inappropriately and the administration of the Armenian Football Asssociation has decided to reject them.

The President of the Armenia Football Association has also announced that Association is going to invite the referees of youth matches (who are believed to be objective) to replace the current referees of the Premier League. Another way to replace the present-day referees of the Premeir League is to invite foreign referees. This may be necessary, as the championships are coming to a close and every match is extremely important.

The referees of the Armenia Premier Football League are often criticized for their partiality.Sometimes these accusations are baseless, but now it's evident that the referees are not objective.
