Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi held a meeting with Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyar Saidov, the minister announced in his Telegram channel.
According to him, the meeting with President Ebrahim Raisi is a great honor for the Uzbek delegation. During the talks, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev's wishes were conveyed.
It was noted that the parties agreed to take all necessary measures in order to fully realize the potential of Uzbekistan-Iran cooperation, Saidov concluded.
A delegation from Uzbekistan arrived in Tehran earlier to participate in a business forum. They discussed the development of bilateral investment cooperation with their Iranian partners.
