Azerbaijan to recognize its territorial integrity, President Ilham Aliyev said, addressing the Azerbaijani people. He stressed that this is the only way for Yerevan to provide itself with peaceful existence.
If Armenia does not recognize the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, then Azerbaijan will not recognize its territorial integrity, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said addressing the Azerbaijani people on the occasion of Novruz.
The head of state addressed the people of the country in the liberated village of Talish in the Terter region.
Revival of Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur
The head of state stressed that Azerbaijan is building and creating in the liberated lands, including in the village of Talish, as well as in Sugovushan, Hadrut, Shusha - and in all other liberated territories.
"Armenia devastated these lands, plundered them. For 30 years, it was destroying everything stone by stone, solding it in the markets both in Armenia and in its neighboring country. On the contrary, we are building and creating.”

The President recalled that the restoration of the Talish village has been underway for less than a year, and 20 families have already returned, about 180 more families will return in the nearest time. They will be provided with all the opportunities, beautiful houses, schools and a kindergarten, public buildings have already been built. "Conditions for employment have been created. We are a nation that creates. Unlike Armenia, we create on our territory," the head of state stressed.
Armenia must recognize the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan
Ilham Aliyev reminded that Armenia, which previously made statements that "Karabakh is Armenia, period" and threatened a new war, is now trying by any means to find a new patron and owner, showing the whole world its venality and ingratitude, but it is of no use.
The President of Azerbaijan stressed that for a peaceful existence Armenia needs to fulfill only one condition – to accept Azerbaijan’s conditions and officially recognize Karabakh as the territory of Azerbaijan, and carry out work on delimitation.

Where this will lead, Armenia and the hypocritical countries supporting it should understand well. They should know that no dirty plans against us will succeed. We have both strength, and friends, and strong positions in the world, and a strong will. We demonstrated this both during the war and during the post-war period."
