The second round of direct talks between Russia and Ukraine has begun in Istanbul at the Ciragan Palace.
The Russian delegation is led by presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will mediate the talks. According to him, Ankara hopes the Russia-Ukraine talks in Istanbul can yield concrete results.
