It will be cloudy with clearings, the air temperature in Moscow will be from 10 to 12 degrees, in the region it will be from plus 8 to plus 13 degrees. The wind will be warm, southerly, its speed will be 6-11 m/s, the Russian Hydrometeorological Center said.
Weather forecasters note that atmospheric pressure will return to normal and will be 746 mm Hg.
