Karabakh is an internal affair of Azerbaijan. This statement was made by President Ilham Aliyev on Tuesday.
He stressed that Armenia, which had signed the Almaty Declaration and demonstrated its readiness to conclude a peace agreement on its basis, should officially recognize that Karabakh is part of Azerbaijan.
The head of state also focused on the fact that Baku would not discuss its internal affairs with anyone.
In addition to this, he noted that the Armenians who currently live in Karabakh should either take Azerbaijani citizenship or look for housing elsewhere.
