Tatneft acquires Turkish filling station network

Tatneft has acquired a large network of filling stations in Türkiye. The permission for the purchase was issued by the Antimonopoly Service. The Russian company now owns 570 petrol stations in Türkiye.

The Russian company Tatneft received permission from the Turkish Antimonopoly Service to buy a large network of petrol stations in Türkiye.

The decision on the purchase of Aytemiz Akaryakit by the Russian Tatneft was made on April 13.

The ex-co-owner of Aytemiz Akaryakit, Dogan Holding, states that Tatneft received a network of 570 gas stations. The cost of transaction amounted to $320 mn.
