Russia and Kazakhstan have agreed to extend their agreement on transporting oil through Kazakhstan until 2033, the Russian Energy Ministry said.
The volume of oil transported through the country would amount to 10 million tonnes a year, TASS reported.
"The ministers of energy of Kazakhstan and Russia during the SPIEF extended intergovernmental agreements on the transit of Russian oil with an increase in volumes up to 10 million tons until the end of 2033," the ministry said.
