The issue of deploying Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh does not concern Armenia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.
According to the minister, this is only a matter of discussion between Russia and Azerbaijan.
"We really have peacekeepers there [in Karabakh], even after everyone recognized Karabakh as Azerbaijani territory. But this matter no longer concerns the Armenian side; this is an issue of bilateral relations between Russia and Azerbaijan," Sergey Lavrov said.
