Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said there has been a significant improvement in the negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
According to him, there are some work-related matters that can be overcome.
"I can say that now we have a significant change of atmosphere, but this does not mean that we have reached the finish line," Pashinyan said.
The PM added that Azerbaijani officials have said they remain committed to the Almaty Declaration and the agreements reached in Prague.
