The Hungarian Prime Minister, Viktor Orban, arrived in Moscow on Friday. His plane was met at Vnukovo airport.

His press secretary, Bertalan Havasi, spoke about the purposes of the Hungarian Prime Minister's visit. A meeting with the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, is planned. The topic of the talks will be the situation in Ukraine.

Orban noted that he was not acting on behalf of the EU, but on behalf of Hungary.
