On Monday, July 8, the director of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) will arrive in Yerevan. This was stated by the USAID mission in Armenia.
During the trip, Samantha Power will reaffirm the deepening of the United States' ties with Armenia and support for the Armenian government's reforms aimed at strengthening the country's resilience.
"The head of USAID will meet with senior Armenian government officials, business leaders, youth, and media representatives to emphasize USAID's commitment to strengthening Armenia's democratic institutions and using its economic potential for the benefit of all Armenians",
the agency mission in Armenia said.
Power's visit to the republic will last until July 11.
