Armenian FM not to attend CSTO meeting

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not take part in the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in Kyrgyzstan, Armenian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Ani Badalyan said.

"Armenia's position has not changed. Yerevan will not take part in this meeting," Ani Badalyan told TASS.

The ministers are convening today in the Kyrgyz city of Cholpon-Ata. Russia is represented at the meeting by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
