Today, Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas at the Kremlin.
The leaders are expected to discuss the situation in the Middle East, with particular attention to the Gaza Strip.
The Russian President said he also plans to discuss the Board of Peace for Gaza at a meeting with the Palestinian leader.
"I plan to discuss these issues with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, with whom I will hold talks tomorrow," Putin said.
The talks will focus on the state and prospects of bilateral relations in the trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian spheres.
