Baku calls for end to Iranian military conflict

Azerbaijani diplomats supported the cessation of hostilities between the US, Israel and Iran and the return of the parties to the negotiating table to stabilize the Middle East.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan called on the US, Israel, and Iran to cease hostilities and resume peace talks on a new nuclear deal.

Azerbaijani diplomats emphasized that the current sharp escalation of violence in the Middle East has become a threat to regional and global security.

In this regard, Baku advocates maximum restraint in the actions of all parties to the military conflict that began today and a rejection of provocations that could worsen the situation in the region.
