Russia’s international reserves increased by $13.5 bln in one week to $771 bln as of May 8, 2026, the Russian Central Bank reported.

"International reserves amounted to $771 bln as of the end of the day on May 8, 2026, having increased by $13.5 bln, or by 1.8%, in one week mainly due to positive revaluation," the regulator said.

As of May 1, the country’s reserves totaled $757.5 bln.

Russia's international reserves reached a record high of $826.8 bln on January 30.
