The UAE has sent over 980 tons of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip over the past week, the Emirates news agency WAM reported.
Five convoys comprising 62 trucks were dispatched to Gaza.
The aid included food, shelter materials, medicine, and medical equipment.
"Five convoys of 62 trucks carrying 980 tons of humanitarian aid from the UAE entered the Gaza Strip this week",
WAM said.
The trucks were sent from the UAE's logistics hub in the Egyptian port of El Arish.
