Representatives of 10 countries plan to declare their recognition of Palestinian statehood at a UN conference on September 22.
The corresponding decision was made by France, Andorra, Australia, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Canada, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, and San Marino.
The decision was announced during a briefing at the Élysée Palace ahead of French President Emmanuel Macron's visit to the UN General Assembly in New York.
