In the Moscow region more than 100 traffic police crews consisting of women are engaged in a festive patrolling of the roads: they stop male drivers for breaking the rules, as well as law-abiding ones, to congratulate them on February 23rd.
‘’The most qualified employees of the Moscow region traffic police are in the composition of the patrols. They identified the most disciplined male drivers during the shift with the help of electronic data bases,’’ RIA Novosti reports.
