11 people became victims of the explosion in Istanbul, 15 people were injured, all the dead are foreigners, the Prime Minister of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu said.
According to preliminary information, citizens of Germany, Peru and South Korea, as well as a citizen of Norway, were among the dead and injured.
"These foreigners, dead and injured after the attack, came to us to learn about our country. These are our guests. I have expressed my condolences to German Chancellor Angela Merkel," TASS quoted him as saying.
Most of the victims are tourists from Germany.
