18 more "smart" traffic lights to appear in Tbilisi

18 more "smart" traffic lights will be placed in the streets of Tbilisi, where accidents have recently become more frequent, the press service of city administration's transport department reported.

Right now there are 164 "smart" traffic lights  in the Georgian capital. Among their functions is the ability to detect how busy the traffic is and work accordingly.
